Vitalis Nexus was founded on a single, uncomfortable observation: the global medical supply industry had written West Africa off. Not out of malice — out of complexity. Fragmented demand, inconsistent payments, regulatory patchwork, and weak logistics made the region appear too difficult to serve at scale.

A complete wound care range manufactured in our European facilities under ISO 13485: advanced foam and hydrocolloid dressings, silver and iodine antimicrobials, compression systems, skin-closure adhesives, NPWT, and the sterile gauze, pads and tape that every ward depends on. Designed for tropical climate stability and supplied to hospitals and clinics across 12 West African nations.
Specialty distribution — VitalisMed Dental
Our dental division brings a complete European-manufactured restorative system to West African dental hospitals and private clinics — from impression materials and etching gels to universal adhesives, nanohybrid composites, resin cements and polishing kits. We move the brand into markets that global suppliers once found too fragmented to reach, and we keep the shelves stocked.

From Diagnosis to Infrastructure
The Problem Identified
Our founders — a physician and a logistics engineer — spent three years documenting the catastrophic supply gaps across West African hospitals. Clinics ran out of basic PPE. Surgeries were cancelled for lack of instruments. Preventable deaths occurred daily.

Incorporated in Lagos, Nigeria with a seed mandate: become the single, reliable procurement gateway between global medical suppliers and West African healthcare institutions. No middlemen. No guesswork. Just supply.
First 50 Hospital Partners
After two years building trust with hospitals in Nigeria and Ghana, we reached 50 signed hospital partners — each committed to centralised procurement through our platform. Our first distribution hub opened in Accra.
The Data Vault Launched
Recognising that broken data infrastructure compounded the supply crisis, we launched our sovereign medical data platform — keeping patient records and operational data on West African soil for the first time.
Staffing Division Opens
Supply without people is incomplete. We launched our healthcare staffing arm, deploying certified doctors, nurses, and lab technicians across 8 countries — integrated directly with our procurement network.
